Agra is only a relatively short train ride from Delhi where I visited every year for business.
Each time I went to the Taj Mahal I would find interesting things at which to point my camera
Early morning was most interesting although dusk had its advantages for photography.

I seem to collect Bicycle photos, broken or not.
The sharp corners of this full frame image indicates it was taken with my Nikon F2 (or F) camera.
Rounded corners would be typical of my Leica Rangefinder cameras.
None of which are practical to travel with in this age of Digital cameras.
With digital one worries not about airport x-rays...

If I remember correctly this was on Buddha's Birthday; a day of great celebration.

One walks clockwise around the stupa reciting prayers, keeping track of the number of recitations with the prayer beads. The cylinders shown at about head level are spun by hand as people walk by...spinning them automates other prayers.
