Old Images of Cincinnati and Clifton presented on the Esquire screen in 2011 with Jerry Springer Hosting

 Clifton School
 The Busy Bee

Old Hardware Store

Burnet Woods ?

Street Cars...when Street Cars were Street Cars !
Clifton Fire House (?)

Gag shot of boy with pin about to burst balloon.

I have no idea why this was shown....

I would like to finish this series...so a few of Jerry Springer in 1972 and I'm done.

Jerry was, in November 2011, upon seeing this photo (and others but I believe this one in particular)
very pleased, recognizing the woman and finding an example of when smoking cigarettes inside buildings was acceptable.

Photos above  taken in April 1972, autographed November 2011

While posting this series of photos illustrating the rescue of the neighborhood theater, Ihave always had in my mind the project at hand  https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/clifton-market-cooperative
I was reminded today that after "Politics" Jerry was on the air for TV news before he went on to...hosting that weird show we won't mention.

The thought had long been in my head and possibly in many heads that our project https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/clifton-market-cooperative could be accelerated if we had more ..something...something like the link below.

From, coincidentally, 2011, this piece http://articles.latimes.com/2011/aug/05/entertainment/la-et-jerry-lewis-20110805  returned my imagination to what might be possible.

Jerry Lewis...Jerry Springer..a logical stream of thought...?...
My fantasy is that Jerry Springer might do a TV or radio event in Cincinnati for a couple days to raise the funds more efficaciously to get this Clifton Market built and functioning very soon with the help of all of the Cincinnati audience. In theory enough funds could be raised to surpass the present design envisioned for the Clifton Market. There are greater design possibilities to allow Clifton to shine amongst other communities in Cincinnati. Imagination and action are only hindered by lack of "fuel - energy" ($$$$$$)....something of which I am intimately aware.
